Purchasing a vehicle in Oahu Roleplay when starting out is something we tried to make as smooth and painless as possible, therefore at the start, you can loan a bike outside of the Bay City Avenue apartments in Del Perro. Just look for an NPC standing outside of the apartment!
After that, you can either head on down to the always-open Premium Deluxe Motorsports on Power Street, where you can purchase some lower-end starter vehicles, which will do just fine for the time being, or once you are feeling a bit more bold, you can head to Luxury Autosports or Benefactor Autos to purchase high end vehicles.
Both Luxury Autosports and Benefactor Autos are player owned businesses, therefore they may not be open at all times, so keep an eye out on the Services app on the phone or for an advertisement!
