
This update contained changes to the FiveM server, our community and changes to our Discord bots!
Major Changes:
* fully configured The Lost MC and Los Santos Customs properties within the housing system
* added tool durability to mining pickaxes to allow multiple uses, (at the moment 10 uses until it breaks)
* updated skillchecks within item gathering and drug planting to use another framework and update their difficulties etc
* added specific vehicle for the lost mc in civilian vehicle pack #2
* added new freemode ped character beards within the appearance creator/editor for players
* updated garages to no longer include cost/price for transferring vehicles to players, will now be handled with roleplay
* updated services app on the phone to include los santos customs as an available business
* rewrote handing over vehicle keys to be handled using the framework vehicle keys instead of a bridge framework
* rewrite and update player license handling in the server framework to be more reliable and to allow stores to accept licenses
* rewrite orp_radialmenu to support new framework multiple jobs with job type identifier
* rewrite orp_multicharacter to utilize a count of player groups instead of a static label
* added a feature where requesting the same license which you have already in the license menu gives you a 50% discount (if you've lost the item)
* refactored cargo delivery civilian job and implemented it into the job center in city hall
* implemented scaleform notifications into all civilian jobs as a little glowup

* added preloading and rewrote various teleport handlers to properly handle long distance movement (falling through the map) (Thanks ICU2D)
Quality of Life/Bug Fixes:
* fix orp_doorlocks not handling property deletion correctly
* fixed certain items not stacking within the inventory properly (specifically gunpowder right now)
* fixed missing item image for certain ore resources, specifically sand
* fixed certain items in the inventory sharing item images/icons, multiple were using glass image
* rework ammunition images within the inventory to add missing images and fix others
* restructured clothing assets folder within the server repository for structure
* fixed an issue with vehicle garages not handling spawning vehicles after being transferred correctly???
* fixed incorrect showtextui while pushing a vehicle to display SPACE instead of X/E
* fixed/attempted to fix an issue with dynamic population scaling within the oahu roleplay framework to be more reliable
* fixed an issue with ox_inv shops not using licenses correctly, goes hand in hand with rewriting license handling
* fixed an issue with the orp_spawning resource not handling/fetching MLO property coordinates properly (disabled)
* fixed an issue with the job center setting jobs instead of incrementing them, as well as remove them on player join if they persist
* fixed an issue where the license center never gave the license within the players metadata
* fixed an issue where the job center did not check if the user already has the job in question, preventing table from filling
* fixed an issue with cargo delivery job that didn't give keys properly (figured the issue out universally LOL)
* fixed an issue with the pizza delivery job that didn't give keys properly, same as above
* fixed the city worker job to handle new key framework as well as properly use multijob framework
* fixed an issue to allow players to purchase a new identification card, as it previously errored as it isn't part of the metadata system (Thanks ICU2D)
